The Feldman Estate is located on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. The plan sought to move vehicular traffic to the perimeter of the site; create pedestrian linkages to an array of existing historic accessory buildings; add a tennis court, orchard and cutting garden to the site; and screen views of adjacent properties.
